Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage the team's processes to generate leads for potential clients • Ensure team-generated clients are handled in accordance with established standards • Implement proven team processes effectively to attract new clients • Conduct home showings, host open houses, and skillfully negotiate contracts with clients • Implement contemporary marketing strategies to build a strong digital presence • Participate in team trainings, meetings, and other collaborative initiatives Qualifications: • Have a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service • Must possess a valid Michigan Real Estate license • Demonstrate capability in working both independently and as part of a team • Be passionate about the mission, vision, and core values of our team • Meet in-person team requirements • Adhere to our team's in-office culture Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
