Responsibilities: • Initiate and maintain conversations with clients and potential customers through various digital platforms to drive engagement. • Develop and publish relevant and engaging content tailored to the target audience to stimulate and enhance interactions. • Manage and organize appointments and follow-up meetings with potential leads or customers efficiently. • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues at the front desk, providing necessary information and guidance. • Provide administrative support to team members by assisting with tasks such as data entry, paperwork, and photocopying as required. Qualifications: • The candidate must be available to work in the office, and only local applicants will be considered. • Strong typing skills are required for fast and accurate messaging to maintain efficient communication levels. • Customer service experience is essential, showcasing the ability to handle customer queries with a positive demeanor. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is necessary. • Preferably, the candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or guest service specialist role. • Proficiency in handling telephone calls and managing stressful situations is a must. Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 yearly
