Responsibilities: • Efficiently operate our team's processes to generate leads • Manage team-generated clients according to set standards • Utilize proven team processes to attract clients • Conduct home showings, host open houses, and negotiate contracts • Execute modern marketing strategies to establish a digital presence • Engage in team trainings, meetings, and other initiatives Qualifications: • Have a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service • Must possess a valid Michigan Real Estate license • Demonstrate capability in working both independently and as part of a team • Be passionate about the mission, vision, and core values of our team • Meet in-person team requirements • Adhere to our team's in-office culture Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
