    The Talent Mine is recruiting R/F or Wireless Application Engineers for an industry leader in providing safe, secure networking and communications. This is a full-time permanent role with full benefits and great long-term prospects. 

    Your tasks

    • Provide technical support for RF/microwave test and measurement instruments.
    • Provide support/consultation of test plan implementation and development for customers in the aerospace & defense industries.
    • Develop/present local seminars and customer training sessions.
    • Contribute to the creation of white papers, application notes, and professional articles.
    • Offer technical feedback to product line.
    • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including customer demonstrations.
    • Lead seminars and customer training sessions.

    Your qualifications

    • You hold a BS EE (or equivalent degree).
    • You reside in (or are willing to relocate to) the Indiana/Ohio area.
    • You are able to travel up to 50% within the region (with occasional international travel).
    • You have experience working with test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers, and radiocommunication testers.
    • You are knowledgeable on EW emitter protocols such as PDWs.
    • Your experience includes supporting Aerospace & Defense customers with a solid understanding of current electronic industry technologies (including Radar/EW, Satellite, Military Communications, Avionics, ATE, and ISR).
    • You excel in verbal/written communication and are skilled at interfacing with customers.
    • You love to problem-solve.

    Bonus points

    • You have experience programming in Python, Visual Basic, and/or Matlab. 
    • You have experience programming in C/C++ and/or LabView.
    • You hold an MS EE.

    Compensation and benefits:

    • Annual salary ranges from $130K-$175K
    • Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance plans (including spouse/family coverage)
    • 3 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays 
    • 401(K) match
