Solution Integration Architect for greenfield manufacturing facility (amazing bonus!)
The Talent Mine is recruiting a Solution Integration Architect for a new role with one of our premier and well established clients! This is a greenfield opportunity to work with a manufacturer that recycles the largest amounts of any American made product in the country! The optimal candidate will lead a talented team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions while ensuring seamless integration with their various platforms used throughout the enterprise and/or product groups. This individual will work closely with their process automation team and automation system vendors to build a platform that can utilize IT and OT data to build data driven solutions.

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end development life-cycle of software applications.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with multiple 3rd party vendors to manage compatibility, delivery and integration expectations.
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and remote team leadership skills Manufacturing-related IT and project management experience, with a preference for process-related industries similar to the steel environment
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies, software engineering practices, OO design patterns, architecture, and automated testing.
• Experience building data driven, cloud solutions. Sourcing data from across the enterprise to migrate into various instances of Data Lakes/Warehouses/Databases.
• Applying AI/Machine learning to solve business problems.
