The Talent Mine is looking to find an exceptionally well rounded Software Implementation Administrator for the largest recycler of any product in America!  This is an extremely high visibility, high impact, rewarding role where you get the opportunity to support an enterprise IT Support team of hundreds on customizing their Freshservice implementation.  If you are the type of ITSM Software Customization expert that takes prides in owning a system implementation end to end, read on!

Overview:

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the technical and business aspects of our client's service administration process, working with the Service Administration Team to implement and optimize their ITSM solutions.  This is a brand new position that has enterprise impact while working locally in either the Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX corporate offices.

Total Comp Range: $158,000 - $195,000

• Base Salary: The solid foundation of your compensation, ranging from $120,000 to $140,000.
• Bonus Bliss: The average annual bonus has been an impressive 32.3% over the past 8 years. So, your hard work definitely pays off.

You'll own the following responsibilities:

ITSM Implementation: Collaborate with the Service Administration Team to implement and configure ITSM tools and solutions.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Process Integration: Integrate ITSM processes with other IT and business functions to streamline workflows and enhance overall service delivery.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ITSM configurations, processes, and procedures.

Training: Provide training tools, processes, and best practices..

Your profile should contain most of the following:

• 5+ years of professional Software Implementation expertise, ideally with many successful ITSM product launches like Freshservice, ServiceNow or others (Freshservice experience strongly preferred).

• Professional strength with the entire life cycle of an ITSM Software implementation, from requirements gathering, testing, implementation,  site training, API integration, customization and ongoing technical support. 
• The proven ability to make a positive impact in a corporate team environment.  You ideate well with others, promote and listen to great ideas from teammates, and bring your own creative and positive perspectives to find a path to success!

• Ideally, you've earned a BS degree or equivalent in Information Systems, computer science, or related field.  
• A strong command of written and verbal communication skills, to build trust via your training and documentation.
