The Talent Mine is recruiting for an experienced mid to senior level 100% Remote Full Stack Developer to lay the groundwork for a digital platform capable of bringing tech leaders around the world together to connect, inspire, collaborate, and shape the future of technology, the tech marketplace and the tech workplace. Overview:

As an early employee in the company, you’ll collaborate with extremely passionate peers and co-create with their diverse group of founding members. The person in this position will be working very closely with the existing Engineering/Design leads and a freshly hired UI-focused Full Stack Developer, whom The Talent Mine also placed. You will be focused on the back-end architecture and development, but you will be collaborating across the entire platform.

Responsibilities:

• Help lay the groundwork for technical strategy, including tech stack, frameworks, and workflows

• Collaborate with engineering and design leads to define and implement a scalable digital platform, including public and member facing experiences

• Release high quality products, features, and MVPs at startup pace (fast and iterative)

• Contribute to developer onboarding documentation and to mentoring new engineers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent and related work experience

• 4+ years of experience shipping user-centered software products in a high scale production environment, end-to-end

• Strong proficiency in back-end development technologies including JavaScript, Node/Flask, and modern databases as well as React or Vue, HTML and CSS.

• A good understanding of software engineering best practices, data structures and algorithms, and an appreciation of UX/interaction design principles
