CRA Line ManagerThis position is remote/home based

 Applicant must live on West Coast or in Texas

Hiring a full time, permanent CRA Line Manager. This is a ‘direct report’ supervisory position and will be responsible for the  management of Clinical Research Associates (CRA's) including but not limited to: selection (interviewing, hiring…), training, assessment, coaching, performance management and more…

This position also includes focusing on end results to be achieved, bid defense, uses metrics and key performance indicators to manage individual and team performance. Lead and/or participate in local and regional cross functional initiatives and process improvement projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous Line management experience of CRA’s at a CRO: selection (interviewing, hiring…), training, assessment, coaching and performance management and more…
• CRA experience including remote and clinical monitoring and experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.
• Excellent in CRO bid defense
