Seeking full time dental director for 5 office in MA. This position is based in Chelsea, MA. 

The Dental Director is responsible for the day to day management and function of all clinical activities of the assigned area which include recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and evaluation of all clinical oriented staff.

ABOUT POSITION:

This position is for both patient care/clinician and administrative. While this may vary, 3-4 days is patient care and 1-2 days is administrative.

• Patient care (producing dentist)
• Mentoring dental associates
• Manage the dental practices
• Direct growth of business

The Compensation:

• Base salary
• Quarterly bonus of the offices
• Est. year comp is $200,000-$240,000
