The Talent Society is seeking a Recruiter to join their team that is located in Plano, TX. We are a 6-year-old start up physician staffing company that prides ourselves on being different from everyone else. OVERVIEW: The Talent Society provides temporary staffing for healthcare facilities nationally covering all specialties. Our recruiters match physicians to hospitals and clinics that are seeking physician coverage while they are understaffed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working Monday to Friday, 8a-5p and available to answer calls and emails after hours (required to be in our office, and not remote)
• Must be comfortable on the phone
• Making 100 outbound dials per day until you are fully ramped up
• Developing long term relations with clients, physicians and internal team members

Enjoy long term residual income from commissions when having multiple physicians on assignment
