    Our International enterprise client specializing in large Workforce Management solutions is opening its first US office in Miami. We are seeking a Sales Executive with strong management experience to help establish and build our operation.

     

    Our application offers the tools to optimally schedule personnel & resource planning for the cruise and maritime sectors.

     

    You would have the opportunity to be our first full-time employee in the US & critical to the development of new business as well as deepening relationships with our cruise industry clients.

     

    If you are a Senior Sales Executive, with B2B-SaaS, experience and are looking to reimagine your future in a rapidly expanding company, I’d like to hear from you.

     

    You will lead the business and develop the country strategy and business plan. You will be responsible for the budget and profit projections. You will also be responsible for securing new business in line with the strategic plan.

     

    Several of our current clients are planning to migrate from our (legacy) on-premise product to our new SaaS product. This will present a significant increase in revenue as we will be expanding our managed services area as well.

     

    Must haves:

    · Workforce Management or Human Capital Management application software

    · Selling in to the maritime industry; ideally in cruise and/or offshore engineering but shipping would be useful too

    · Selling a configurable B2B enterprise software solution via a subscription/SaaS model

    · Rounded general management experience within the application software industry so that, in addition to leading sales, you’re equipped to direct a deployment and support services team

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct day to day operations -costs and profitability
    • Building long term relationships, with key individuals including C-Suite level stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and prepare commercial contracts
    • Reporting with global management including sales forecasting
    • Act as an escalation point for product and customer issues

    • Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:
    • Strong solution sales experience with solid negotiation & closing skills
    • Experience and strong personal networks within Maritime and/or Cruise Industries a plus.
    • Must be able to gain security clearance to work with US Federal Government Agencies
    • Outstanding communication & presentation skills in English
    • High integrity, self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
    • Collaborative work style
    • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
