The Talent Source has partnered with a multinational conglomerate producing fire, HVAC, and security equipment for companies worldwide in the search for a Senior Project Manager to drive the development of new Oracle features within the global business application suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, financials, and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle working as part of an Agile Development team, in a fully REMOTE role.

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, highly collaborative, and possess project planning and tracking skills as well as an understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Oracle ERP, MS Project, and JIRA is preferred.

Prior experience working with globally distributed teams, coupled with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills and a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA a plus).
