    The Talent Source has partnered with a leading Org Design firm to engage a change management professional to support their portfolio of clients undergoing transformational change.

    This hybrid consulting opportunity is best suited to an expert in transformational change management who gets excited about helping business leaders successfully lead their organization on the change journey.

    You’ll work closely with the engagement executives to directly support client-facing work as a change lead where you’ll work both remotely and onsite (up to 20 hours/week) with the engagement executive and clients to help them manage and lead their organizational transformations.

    Scope of role:

    Leverage your change management expertise to assist in the delivery of client-facing consulting services that span a variety of tasks including:

    • Ensure business is prepared for any/all changes and/or impacts by creating change vision and strategy: design, planning, and execution of program/project (stakeholder mapping, communications approach, and engagement plan)
    • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
    • Manage risk-ensuring mitigating actions are in place & managed
    • Status reporting
    • Achieve alignment of change scope, as well as develop and execute change, communication, and training strategy and plans
    • Facilitate training workshops
    • Support communications to create awareness, manage resistance to change, and help ensure user readiness. Ensure consistency within the messaging across the transformation efforts.
    • Keep abreast of current change management practices, and being both an advocate and thought leader for the discipline
    • Challenge and coach senior client executives to become better change leaders

     

    Qualifications

    The following skills are required for success in this OCM position:

    • Proven success implementing change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices with previous experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
    • Recognized Change Management accreditation (i.e. APMG, Prosci or ADKAR) preferred
    • High levels of integrity, confidentiality and sensitivity are required for this position.
    • Impeccable attention to detail is critical.
    • The ability to connect directly with HR and other management-level employees professionally and sincerely will be required.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary to client's site(s).
    • No less than ten years' change management experience is required; certification of a methodology (i.e., Prosci) is ideal.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to clearly and quickly articulate the status, along with critical path tasks.
    • Desirable certifications include: Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, and SHRM
