Network Analyst / Network Services Specialist
Onsite: Kansas City
The Talent Source has partnered with an innovative, forward thinking Global Fortune 500 to engage a skilled Network Services Specialist to provide network services on a contract basis. This assignment will be focused primarily on configuring and integrating network technologies within the complex Global Network ecosystem of our client. This role demands a deep understanding of standard network technologies, with a particular emphasis on network security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and integrate network technologies to support our global client's network infrastructure.
- Provide advanced Level 3 support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to safeguard information against unauthorized access and breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and trends to enhance our service offerings and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network configuration, integration, and support.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.
- Expertise in network security principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
