    At this firm, Business Analysts are considered the glue that keeps their stakeholders and technical teams aligned by understanding what the business needs, and then translating those requirements into use cases to deliver enhanced functionality and better business outcomes.  The particular focus of this role will be to support the   Integration of new business acquisitions into the firm's Salesforce ecosystem.   In partnership with the other members of the Salesforce Acquisition Integration Team and business stakeholders, the Business Analyst – will assist with system and business process analysis, design, configuration, and support for the Salesforce Platform.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the leading participant in analyzing and documenting business processes related to Lead-to-Cash and Technical Support for acquisition integration projects, with a primary focus on integrating acquired organizations into Salesforce and related ancillary systems across the following domains:
      • Salesforce CRM
      • Salesforce CPQ (and related)
      • DocuSign CLM
      • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Assist the Acquisition Integration Solutions Architect – Salesforce in current state system review during discovery research for acquisition projects.
    • Assist the Acquisition Integration Solutions Architect – Salesforce in the production of fit-gap analyses that compare and contrast acquired organizations’ business processes and system usage with the firm's business processes and system usage.
    • Provide input on design for system enhancements and new features.
    • Assist with the implementation of new functionality.
    • Help perform system testing.
    • Assist with documenting system capabilities and processes.
    • Works well in a team. Team oriented, collaborative, accountable and dependable. 

      Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in systems / business analysis, with a minimum of 3 years providing business analysis for the Salesforce Platform
    • Deep experience documenting and analyzing business processes, procedures, and policies on complex projects.
    • Ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams and resources.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

    • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Developer, etc.) 

    • Education:

      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study preferred
