    The Talent Source is excited to partner with South Florida's most iconic hospitality organizations to attract top talent as they reimagine customer experiences to meet the needs of the new normal.  

    As such, we are keen to connect with Business Analysts who have expertise partnering with Business Owners to help define requirements and translate them into technical specifications for a variety of digital applications.   Included in the Digital portfolio of applications are Web, Mobile, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, and Promotions, so it is essential you have deep experience in one or more of these domains. 

    On a daily basis, you will leverage your outstanding communication and analytical capabilities to quickly acquire knowledge of the business in order to develop requirements documents and present information to business owners.

    You will also partner with the IT Leadership, business owners, and vendors to report high-level status and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery.

    General responsibilities:

    • Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
    • Produce wireframes, annotations, workflows and other requirements and design artifacts in support of Web and Mobile App development initiatives.
    • Translate requirements into technical specifications to support development leveraging both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies.
    • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
    • Proactively communicate and collaborate with technical team and business owners to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver an effective solution.
    • Participate in the functional testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
    • Develop user documentation and conduct training as required.
    • Participate in small or complex applications rollout to single or multi-properties.
    • Provide post implementation support and troubleshooting.
    • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Analyze problems and escalate issues in a timely manner for quick resolution. Responds to and assists with other production issue tickets as required.
    • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams, including vendor support organizations.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Hospitality, Information Management, or Computer Science.
    • Hotel / casino gaming experience.
    • Familiarity with Sitecore.
    • Prior Project Management or Project Coordination experience
    • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, ServiceNow

    Experience Guidelines:

    • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar position. Business Analysts Certification preferred (either PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP).
    • 3+ years’ experience with Customer / Marketing Applications; including Websites, Mobile Apps, Loyalty Systems, Customer Relationship Management, and/or Campaign Management.
    • Proven experience working on Agile projects for Web Development and Mobile App development as a Business Analyst or Project Owner is required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Outlook).
    • High level of proficiency across the Business Analysis lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Testing, Process, and Documentation).
    • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group in a dynamic work environment.
    • Collaboration and facilitation skills within IT and across business area users and management.
    • Stakeholder management, including department leaders, vendors and consultants.
    • Ability to work autonomously.
