Description:
Operate under a certain degree of autonomy using staff and resources to provide top quality service to the Client.
Flexibility and the ability to work on different facets of a project as necessary including but not limited to project development, permitting, conceptual studies, preliminary and final design, funding assistance and construction management.
Work with the project team to develop construction plans and specifications in accordance with Municipal Agency requirements.
Work with staff to develop their design and management skills.
Complete combination tasks to streamline and efficiently integrate engineering and surveying project elements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’ s degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering.
Washington State PE license required; multi-state beneficial.
Minimum of 15 years of related work experience with civil engineering services
Desire to work with engineering, surveying and GIS professionals, municipal and private clients for the successful completion of projects.
Experience with: Site grading and road design; Stormwater conveyance, quantity and quality modeling; Sewer and water conveyance system design; Land entitlement and site layout experience preferred; Plans, specification, and contract document preparation; Engineer’s estimates.
Experience with local/state and federal funding programs, i.e. TIB, CBDG, DOH, etc. a plus
Proficient with: AutoCAD Civil 3D; Info Water; Storm shed; Flo Master; Info Water, Word, Excel, and MS Project
Driver License Required (and ability to be insured on company vehicles)
