SUMMARY
Works directly with the Government personnel in meeting the administrative/secretarial needs of the project and its staff. The position is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA).

Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Education Experience
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Four years of relevant experience
• Verifiable experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Dictation is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance at the secret level
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Ability to work in a support role supporting senior management and team
• Must have effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational lines
• Ability to handle information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Fosters and supports team success
