  • Responsibilities

    OBJETIVO:

    Ejecutar el proceso de administración del Sitio, coordinando los procesos de compras, administración, facturación, servicio al cliente, mantenimiento del contrato y rentabilidad del negocio.

    ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

    • Ejecutar el proceso de administración del sitio, coordinando los procesos de compras, administración, facturación, manejo de personal y servicio al cliente, mantenimiento del contrato y rentabilidad del negocio
    • Asegurar que las adquisiciones se realicen de acuerdo a los procedimientos y reglas establecidas.
    • Obtener descuentos mediante la negociación de precios y servicios con proveedores favorables a la empresa.
    • Permitir una comunicación directa con los usuarios para asuntos relacionados a la entrega de materiales de spot y estatus de materiales (stock outs).
    • Cumplir con los objetivos y políticas del área.
    • Mantener comunicación directa con el cliente para la presentación de KPIs y reportes acordados en el SOW y otros requeridos por parte del cliente
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las
    • condiciones del contrato
    • Presentación de proyectos y mejoras al cliente.
    • Asegurar el proceso de la pirámide de capacitación inicial al personal del sitio.
    • Cualquier otra actividad que se requiera y vaya en función de su puesto y/o departamento.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    2 Años de experiencia en puestos afines.

    Conocimientos de Administración de inventarios, Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Finanzas, Cadena de suministros.

     

  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

     

    The Public Health Clinical Laboratory Technicians must qualify under one of the following options:

     

    • Be a doctor of medicine, doctor of osteopathy, or doctor of podiatric medicine licensed to practice medicine, osteopathy, or podiatry in the State in which the laboratory is located.
    • Have earned a doctoral, master’s or bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
    • Have earned an associate degree in a laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
    • Have education and training equivalent to an associate’s degree that includes at least 60 semester hours from an accredited institution that, at a minimum, includes either:
      • 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses; or
      • 24 semester hours of science courses that include: six (6) semester hours of chemistry, six (6) semester hours of biology; and twelve (12) semester hours of chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology in any combination;

    AND 

      • Have laboratory training that includes either of the following:
        • Completion of a clinical laboratory training program approved or accredited by the ABHES, the CAHEA, or other organization approved by HHS; or
        • At least 3 months documented laboratory training in each specialty in which the individual performs high complexity testing.
    • Be a high school graduate or equivalent and have successfully completed an official military medical laboratory procedures course of at least 50 weeks duration and have held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician).

    Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.

     

     

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

     

    Must have a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
