    SUPERVISOR DE PRODUCCIÓN

     

    EDUCACIÓN: Carrera profesional terminada en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.

     

    EXPERIENCIA: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el puesto o posicion  similar en la Industria Automotriz, preferentemente.

     

    CONOCIMIENTOS EN:  

    Manejo de paquetes computacionales.

    Solución de Problemas (8d’s).

    Conocimientos en balanceo de líneas.

    Herramientas de calidad, 5’s y solución de problemas,.

    Normas de seguridad, manejo de residuos no peligroso, scrap, reciclado y materia prima ISO 14001.

    Lean manufacturing.

    Participación en auditorias y acciones correctivas.

  • Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:

     

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
    • Extensive education and/or work experience related to monitoring the well-being of participants in international youth or educational exchange programs, international cultural or educational exchanges, and/or other types of international study, programming or activities. 
    • Experience responding to unexpected or emergency situations involving the well-being of participants in international exchange or educational programs.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position; however, a Master’s Degree or other advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of five (5) years of related professional work experience is required for this position. 
    • Experience in program administration, operating procedures, oversight and monitoring.

     

     

    Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

     

    • Ability to travel within the United States approximately 4 times per year, for approximate 3-5 days.
    • Ability to interact with all nationalities in a culturally sensitive manner.
    • Facility with standard software, including the complete Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and an ability to learn and work with other software, as well as database applications.
    • Excellent, timely and precise organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and multi-task in a high volume, fast-pace work environment.
    • Excellent ability to also have a flexible, team-oriented approach to work.
    • Excellent ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues. 
    • Significant familiarity or direct experience in international educational and cultural exchanges, or other types of international programming or activities.
    • Significant familiarity or direct experience working with youth.
    • Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

      

    Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.  In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
