    CTDI is a large scale logistics repair and engineering company that services the country’s largest telecommunications and cable providers.  CTDI has over 7,000 FT US Employees in over 50 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 14,000 employees worldwide. 

    We are looking for a 2nd shift Repair Supervisor to join our great Team. The person in this hands-on position will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of a department of employees within the repair operation. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:

    • Supports and assists the Repair Manager.
    • Oversee the operations and processes of testing, repairing, and refurbishing  cable boxes.
    • Supervise production, quality performance, safety, and turnaround time.
    • Answer customer inquiries.
    • Train and support employees in procedures and expectations.
    • Counsel employees on performance deficiencies when necessary.
    • Order parts and equipment.
    • Maintain a well-organized operation.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate and counsel employees.
    • Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications.
    • Proactive problem solving ability.
    • Strong organizational and follow up skills
    • Excellent analytical, written  verbal communication skills

    • Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Systems.

    Required Experience

    • Technical certification in electronics
    • Previous technical management/leadership
