    RECEIVE 300+ LEADS A MONTH AND MAKE $140-$240K+ A YEAR! OUR SALES AND FINANCE EXECUTIVES DO EVERYTHING AS THE SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FROM SALES TO F&I, AND GET COMPENSATED ON BOTH SALES AND F&I (BACK-END) PROFIT. A SALESPERSON SELLING ~22 CARS A MONTH WOULD MAKE $228K WITH US AND ~$850 PER UNIT SOLD! OUR AVERAGE SALESPERSON MAKES OVER $150K!

Are you tired of being a Finance Manager and relying on Sales for deal flow? Do you want to control the process, and your compensation, from start to finish?

    We are The Taverna Collection (www.drivetaverna.com), an auto dealership specializing in European vehicles. We have been in business 12 years and are expanding to ~1,000 cars in inventory.

    We are looking for Sales & Finance Executives to join our team. You would report to our Director of Sales and Finance. The right candidate is a high performing finance manager who has Sales and F&I experience at a current auto dealership. Someone who is a people person, has the ability and passion to sell cars, the determination to overcome objections, and knows financing, has great potential to succeed at our store with our strong lead flow. Our Sales & Finance Executives handle the full customer journey from initial outreach, selling the car, to financing and F&I.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to and follow up with significant lead volumes per month (300-400+ leads) over call, text, and e-mail, in addition to in person walk ins
    • Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
    • Use our finance platform to submit credit applications and secure financing for the customer, and remit deal to the financing bank
    • Sell warranties / GAP insurance to customers

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a high performing finance manager and/or salesperson at a current auto dealership
    • Must have F&I experience
    • Must have knowledge on how to use financing platforms / DMS to submit credit applications to lenders and secure financing for customers
    • Experienced in completing sale paperwork
    • Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required
    • Excellent communication skills with your customers
    • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
