See, the thing is most agents struggle with figuring out how to get business, how to prospect, manage their schedules, market their listings, and continue to grow their income. In fact, the average real estate agent makes only $49,500.

    Our problem is different. We have the leads, the systems, models, tools and coaching to help any of our first year agents make $100,000 if they choose to. The problem we have is that most people aren’t willing to do the work. Mastery takes time, 10,000 hours to be exact, and many agents get into this business expecting it to be like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset and they think that they will get to show luxury homes on day one. It’s not. If that’s why you’re considering getting into real estate, we aren’t the team for you.

    We’re looking for hungry, driven leaders who are willing to commit 40 hours a week to building an uncapped real estate career. We want the people who want to make a difference in people’s lives. The people who care about helping the single mom buy a $200,000 condo just as much as they care about the $2,000,000 listing. Most of our first year agents are hitting their goals already.     Responsibilities

    • Graduate from PLACE Launch
    • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
    • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
    • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
    • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
    • Conduct two open houses monthly
    • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
    • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
    • Participate in team activities per team standards
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
    • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
    • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

    Qualifications

    You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
