WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE: The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations/metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center. You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention. This is a fast pace environment and you will have the support of a regional team as we strive for excellent patient care.

Qualifications
ADMINISTRATOR: Officially we title this job a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), but in other centers it may be called an Executive Director.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to 12 inpatient healthcare centers throughout the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation (100% post acute rehab centers), Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
