As an Executive Assistant at Miller, Dawson, Sigal & Ward, you will be a pivotal force behind the smooth operation and forward momentum of our legal team. With your professional dedication and keen insight, you will enable our leadership to maximize their impact on our firm and clients. You will report directly to the four partners, handling a diverse range of administrative and executive tasks, coordinating critical schedules, and fostering efficient internal and external communication. Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, managing calendars, organizing appointments, and arranging seamless travel experiences. • Act as the primary point of contact for most incoming communications for the partners, deftly screening and managing communications and inquiries. • Craft, refine, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for the leadership team, adhering to a standard of excellence. • Safeguard confidential client and case files with integrity and due diligence. • Spearhead special projects, translating leadership vision into actionable plans. • Bridge communications within the firm, ensuring collaboration and alignment across teams. • Engage in strategic planning sessions, documenting proceedings and converting discussions into actionable projects with clear follow-ups. • Propel high-stake projects forward by maintaining a pulse on progress through dynamic engagement with project leaders. Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a comparable discipline is preferred. • A minimum of 3 years in a role providing high-level executive support, preferably within a legal environment. • Exceptional organizational acumen and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities with finesse. • Stellar communication prowess, both written and verbal, matched with meticulous attention to detail. • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite and versed in utilizing advanced legal software applications. • Unwavering in maintaining confidentiality and utilizing discernment in the management of sensitive information. • A self-starter attitude, coupled with an outstanding work ethic and an innate drive to initiate action. • Familiarity with personal injury law practices or legal terminology is beneficial. Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000
