Job Description
The Tiffen Company, the world-wide leader in photographic accessories, seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle all daily tasks associated with customer support, and the processing/expediting/shipping of repairs and parts requests relating to our Steadicam product line. Experience in related capacity is required with knowledge of mechanical and electrical components and concepts. Applicant must have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work efficiently with deadlines. Must be self-starting, multi-tasking, be proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and have a good typing ability. NetSuite or similar CRM/MRP system knowledge a plus.
