Responsibilities: Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Payout to landlord • Create good landlord relationship • Keep landlord informed about the property status • Oversee accounting and bookkeeping Qualifications: B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends • Have accounting and book keeping background • Prefer bilingual : English and Chinese Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
