    Your job is to create an exceptional dining experience and develop moments for the guest to cherish and take with them through your work! You will wash dishes, clean, prep quickly and efficiently. Help the cooks and servers by providing the cleanest dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and silverware!!

    Only one shift, no dinners! Hours are 7 am till 3 pm. You're out most days by 4pm to spend with your family for dinner every night and on weekends!

    Must be able to work in a very busy, fast pace, high energy atmosphere and work the early morning hours. You'll be on your feet all day for up to 10 hours.

    Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

    Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Refers to Daily Schedule for shift responsibilities.

    2. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

    3. Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

    4. Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy and other food items using knives, electric mixers, food processors, Hobart mixer, scales, and portion bags.

    5. Processes prepared foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and fryers

    6. Assure that each item is cooked to The Toasted Yolk’s and guest’s specifications

    7. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, broilers, sauté burners, ovens, flat top griddles and refrigeration equipment both during and after service

    8. Stock inventory appropriately

    9. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

    10. Assumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served

    11. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

    12. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff

    13. Effectively communicates product, equipment, or operational issues to Management in a timely manner.

    14. Washes hands frequently.

    15. Follows Daily Departmental Closing Procedures and checks with Management before leaving.
