The Torma Agency is seeking a motivated individual to join our nationwide team of Independent Insurance Agents. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO GET LICENSED OR ALREADY LICENSED. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, willing to work hard, open to learning, and has the determination to be successful. Whether you will be a brand new agent or a more experienced agent, The Torma Agency is dedicated to helping you grow and succed. You must have integrity, enjoy helping others, and be coachable.

WHAT WE DO:

The Torma Agency focuses on selling life insurance to homeowners across the country to protect their mortgage payments in the event that something happens o them (critically ill, disability, death, etc). We also serve clients by helping them with advanced market products such as annuities, debt-free life programs, savings strategies, and more. While we do help families through insurance programs, we also focus strongly on leadership development while building an agency of your own to own 100%!

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Must be willing to get insurance license or be licensed currently (Online training available if not licensed)

2. Must be coachable-open to feedback and willing to constantly improve.

3. Must have a computer, a printer, a good internet connection and a cell phone.

4. Sales experience helpful, but not necessary.
