Our Broadview Heights, OH location is currently seeking a bilingual individual looking for a career in a dynamic, fast paced, professional environment with an insurance industry leader offering benefits and growth opportunities. Some job duties you will be responsible for in this role are;
- Answer and return calls to agents and customers in a timely manner.
- System documentation of all phone calls and correspondence.
- Process and complete customer and agent requests.
- Handle customer and agent concerns with research, resolution, and follow-up.
- Assist with various claims processing as needed.
- Assist with miscellaneous department functions, projects, and assignments as directed.
- Follow required department procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and insurance regulations.
Required Skills
- BILINGUAL, SPANISH/ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
- Must have a high level of quality focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Critical problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work is a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable answering a high volume of calls.

- Basic medical terminology helpful.
Required Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of business experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired.
