At The Total Source, we count on our customer service department to interact professionally with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns. We are looking for a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team, managing email requests, and face-to-face interaction with a friendly, helpful approach.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that come up with our customer-first business mentality. Some sales experience good but not necessary. The most successful representatives have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face to our company, he or she will be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service. We like to have fun, be creative, cheerful, and optimistic.
What do we do? We supply apparel and promo items to local and out-of-state businesses. We work in an exciting and creative environment, helping customers achieve their vision for events, self-promo, and advertising.
We work with some of San Antonio's elite personalities as well as nonprofits that are very well known in Texas.
Duties :
Manage emails, calls, and orders with knowledge and efficiency.
Place orders and organize artwork with the correct vendor or department.
Possession of administration skills.
Ability to organize multitask, still work effectively and in detail.
Time management skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Collaborate with immediate team, as well as other teams and departments within our company, to ensure overall customer satisfaction daily.
Good with numbers, counting, and basic math.
Has basic computer skills and understanding of Excel, Word, and internet research.
Follow company communication policies, procedures and guidelines always.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
