Job Description WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A CLIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE TO DELIVER DETAILED SALES AND COMMUNICATIONS WORK. THIS REPRESENTATIVE WILL WORK TO ENSURE THE ACCURATE AND TIMELY PROCESSING OF CLIENTS’ DATA.

SALARY RANGE: $40000 - $47000 PER YEAR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ACT AS A LIAISON BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND OUR CLIENTS BRANDS IN THE SALES PROCESS.

• COMPILE AND PREPARE SALES REPORTS AND SUMMARIES

• MANAGE ALL MARKETING FOR CLIENTS WITHIN THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT.

• DEVELOP A MARKETING STRATEGY FOR OUR CLIENTS, IN LINE WITH THEIR COMPANY OBJECTIVES.

• USE A CONSULTATIVE SELLING METHOD TO IDENTIFY CUSTOMER NEEDS AND DEVELOP A VALUE-ADDED PROPOSITION.

• ASSESS AND REPORT THE PERFORMANCE OF MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, GAIN INSIGHT, AND ASSESS AGAINST GOALS.

• ARTICULATE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS TO PRESENT OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP CLIENTS GROW BUSINESS THROUGH OUR CONSULTATIVE SELLING.

• OVERSEE MARKETING SPENDS AND ALLOCATE/INVEST FUNDS WISELY

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OR ASSOCIATE DEGREE PREFERRED.

• PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES EXPERIENCE IS AN ASSET.

• PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.

• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

• CAN TAKE OWNERSHIP OF CHALLENGING SCENARIOS AND BRING THEM TO RESOLUTION.

• SELF-MOTIVATED, ALWAYS CURIOUS, AND CONSISTENTLY EAGER TO LEARN.
