Job Description
The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary range: $45000 - $54000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Own the customer communication relationship during the sales fulfillment process.
Collaborate with the sales teams to improve workflows.
Brainstorm the development of internal apps to assist with the post-sales processes.
Coordinate presales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
Qualifications
Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar preferred.
Prior to customer or client service work or related experience required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required
Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict, and use priority setting to accomplish goals required.
Previous management or other relevant experience is an asset.
Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong learning agility, in order to quickly gain expertise on.
