    Job Summary:

    The Business Development Officer/Executive Recruiter would be responsible for developing leads and securing search assignments for top leadership positions in the club industry. For any secured searches the Business Development Officer/Executive Recruiter would either conduct the search and placement or have another member of the Triumph Group conduct the search. Some specific responsibilities would include:

    • Contact potential clients, such as by, using your network, attending industry networking/association meetings and conferences, cold calling and utilizing Triumph Group’s resources/referrals.
    • Initiate, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant information about Triumph Group’s services, and addressing any concerns.
    • Review and promote Triumph Group’s philosophy and standard terms and conditions with clients.
    • Secure search assignments for the Triumph Group with a primary focus on top level positions within the club industry, but also for any manager level positions.
    • As mutually determined, either conduct the search and placement or who within the Triumph Group should best assist the client and help facilitate a smooth transition.
    • Maintain accurate records of all activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, search and placement activities using Triumph Groups CRM software.

     

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Successful career in the club industry.
    • Knowledgeable of all aspects and areas of a club organization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to use CRM software.

     

    Compensation:

    This is a fully remote position, reporting to the founder. In this position, you will be an independent contractor and receive a commission on all successful placements.
