As a beverage server, You will provide fast, friendly and efficient service to all lounge guest. Taking drink, appetizer, and dessert orders,to ensure the guests receive great service.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:

Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Maintain regular attendance in compliance with HP standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which includes a clean pressed uniform and a correct nametag when working.

Comply at all times with HP standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

Check station assignment prior to opening.

Perform assigned housekeeping and side work duties during and after shift.

Follow proper cashiering procedure, tip-outs, and tip reporting.

Welcome guests in a timely manner, take drink orders, relay to bartender, ring up order, deliver correct order to guest and collect payment.

Inform guest of all beverage, food, and bar promotions.

Clean tables of empty glasses and dishes • Be familiar with local liquor laws and act accordingly.

Receive TIPS certification as required.

Have knowledge of proper garnishes for drinks.

Keep lounge area clean and orderly.

Prepare closing report for night audit.

Knowledge of wine/beer/liquor for upselling when appropriate

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Attend all training/meetings as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma

Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a server
