    As the Marketing Manager, You will be responsible for the development and execution of the hotel's marketing strategy to effectively contribute to property revenue and an increase in market share. We are looking for creative marketers who are passionate about creating dynamic strategies and strong ideas. This position is responsible for digital marketing, print marketing, e-commerce and on-property branding efforts.

    Responsibilities

    Drive hotel’s culture throughout all facets of the business

    Craft innovative marketing ideas and develop deployment strategies to continue to grow the hotel and drive revenue

    Update content on all hotel sites, including property’s brand page and independent WordPress sites (updates include adding local and property events to calendar, refreshing offers, managing SEO, keeping food and beverage menus, promotions and hours up-to-date, etc.)

    Execute all creative asset development for collateral, signage, print ads, menus and other property needs

    Develop and manage social media strategy on all relevant platforms

    Research and connect with relevant social media outlets to further grow exposure of the hotel and its food and beverage outlets (travel media, bloggers, social influencers, etc.)

    Maintain third party content, including listings such as Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.

    Work with food and beverage teams to develop promotions and events

    Manage local advertising and promotion opportunities such as print and digital advertising, radio and event collaborations

    Manage and respond to reviews

    Write and distribute press releases as needed

    Keep on top of industry trends and best practices

    Perform duties, special assignments and projects as requested by managementFundamental Requirements

    A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, with a college degree helpful. Clear, effective verbal and written English communication skills are essential. This position requires excellent organization skills and attention to detail. The ability to operate a telephone, computer and various software is expected, with Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong skills in optimizing digital and social platforms. Photography experience including editing and photoshop. Comply with all quality and safety standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other job duties as requested by Supervisors. We administer pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
