POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruitment Coordinator actively recruits, posts, manages incoming applicant flow and manages the central recruitment process for select positions in collaboration with the HR Generalist. The individual will be responsible for creating job posts for select positions on all digital platforms that attract qualified candidates; screening incoming applications utilizing the UKG portal and pushes qualified applicants to the appropriate community hiring managers. The primary goal is to aggressively organize and lead select centralized recruiting campaigns to drive pre-screened qualified applicants to the communities.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $28.62/hour.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associates degree and/or bachelors in human resources management, sales, organizational psychology or relevant field. In lieu of formal education, relevant work experience will be considered.
