Helpers may work either in shop environment or field, depending on need. Must have excellent math skills. Familiarity with welding and metal work/fabrication experience is also a plus. Should have good mechanical skills and be able to read a tape measure accurately. Vo-tech experience helpful. Must have good work ethic, current valid driver's license, basic set of tools and reliable transportation. Diploma or GED required. Must pass pre-hire drug screen, background check.
