Responsibilities: • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution Qualifications: • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) • Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association Must have at least two years experience practicing Family Law in Arizona Compensation: $165,000 - $175,000 yearly
