CLIENT SUPPORT / ACCOUNT MANAGER NEEDED IN THE EMPLOYEE GROUP BENEFITS FIELD. 1 HEADCOUNT AVAILABLE. SUPPORT ENROLLED CLIENT SITES FOR A VOLUNTARY "CONCIERGE MEDICAL" GROUP PRODUCT. CONCIERGE MEDICAL IS ONE OF THE FASTEST GROWING PRODUCT SPACES IN THE EMPLOYEE GROUP BENEFITS ARENA. IDEAL APPLICANT COULD COME FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUNDS:
THIS PRODUCT IS A SUPPLEMENTAL GROUP MEDICAL BENEFIT SOLD TO LARGE AND SMALL GROUP EMPLOYERS. Product is marketed through commercial insurance broker channels. Employees enroll in the product during annual benefit open-enrollment, or during new-hire onboarding. There is a lot of exposure in this role.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE BE?
You will be the lead contact for all enrolled client sites during the post-sales cycle and contract renewal process. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE. IT'S FOR CLIENT / ACCOUNT SUPPORT, POST-SALE -- AFTER THE BUSINESS CONTRACT IS SIGNED. Communicate daily with clients and insurance brokers. Do follow-up, outreach, and relationship management. Coordinate webinars and presentations, including travel 10-20% to employer sites. (Occasional overnights.) Maintain all client and broker notes in the CRM. Your job is to support the client account AFTER the sales contract has been signed. Therefore, this is a critical role with team meetings, emails, customer calls, and occasional site visits. It's a gatekeeper role. It's all about multi-tasking and lots of follow-up. Computer systems are MS Office / intermediate Excel; Netsuite ERP; and Oracle CX CRM. First preference given to qualified applicants who are also Spanish bilingual.
