The responsibilities of a Customer Service / Sales Representative include:

• educating customers about the services we offer
• becoming proficient with providing print services, shipping/packaging, renting private mailboxes
• providing passport photo, faxing, mailing and internet services.

The qualifications of a Customer Service / Sales Representative include

• at least 2 years of working in a retail or service environment
• desire to work in a fast paced “team oriented” environment
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates should be comfortable with using basic Microsoft
• Office programs and be proficient in navigating the Internet
