We are a local family-owned The UPS Store Franchise in the center of old-town Waipahu, within yards of the new Pouhala HART Station and the Waipahu Bus Transit Center, adjacent to Highway Inn.

We are looking to add a Full-Time/Part-Time Notary Public who delivers world-class service to all customers. This person must love interacting with people and be able to work independently to solve and discover customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Delivers World Class customer service

· Communicates effectively and continuously practices good listening with customers, co-workers, vendors, and store leadership

· Operates all equipment, software, and devices expertly and is willing to teach others

· May open and/or close the store, perform beginning and end-of-day accounting and administrative tasks, etc.

· Participates in center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization

· Empathizes and manages demanding, impatient, and/or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience

· Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and adequately cushioning contents

· Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality control

· Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or GED required

· Retail/customer service experience

· Ability to learn and use POS systems

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task

· Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services

· Good communication and people skills

· Prompt, reliable, and responsible

· Able to lift 40+ pounds · Current Notary Public in the State of Hawaii
