The UPS store is seeking an outgoing individual sales associate to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graphic design experience to provide for professional organization
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills REQUIRED
• Prior retail experience PREFERRED.
• Cash register, typing and computer skills with Microsoft Office NECESSARY.
• In addition we are specifically looking for skills in InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
• You must be able to multi-task and have the ability to effectively cross-sell and up-sell in a fast paced environment.
• You must have experience with Microsoft Office, email, PDF files and possess general computer knowledge. Also a beginner’s ability with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, and prior experience working a copier and network printer

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Packaging and shipping for customers,
• Sorting mail
• Ring up sales
• Copying, document printing, fax transmission, binding, laminating, stocking,
• Store clean up, and other tasks as needed.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. POSITION INCLUDES WORKING SATURDAYS.

All candidates may be required to obtain a Notary Commission. Requirements include legal residency in California and no felony convictions. We will pay for all expenses’ related to obtaining a notary commission.

Our store specializes in printing services that include, document binding, laminating, high quality color prints and large format printing on photo paper, canvas and banners.
