We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our exciting team!
The Executive Recruiter is a natural researcher and networker. You will use various channels to look for passive candidates and build a solid pool of candidates for our incredible clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- A large percentage of this role is research - FUN research!
- Independently conduct investigations that include high levels of creativity.
- It's a daily fact finding mission!
- Our clients have very specific criteria for their potential life partner and it is your job to find a pool of qualified candidates who match specific parameters.
- Implement sourcing strategies for our clientele including networking, event scouting, social media, etc.
- Source, profile, and present candidates who are a suitable match for our clients.
- Screen and conduct candidate interviews..
- Measure performance stats with candidates who interview, and are ultimately invited to go on dates.
- Our candidates are leaders, entrepreneurs, and high quality individuals who stand out among the rest.
- This role works closely with the CEO.
YOU'VE GOT SKILLS
- Proven work experience (2+ years) as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role required.
- Minimum 2 years in a role requiring high level creativity and problem solving skills.
- Strong research skills with hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems
- Upbeat, positive and energetic personality.
- Superior time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust pipeline with efficiency, organization, constant attention, and extensive details documented and communicated.
- Self motivated and works well independently.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Strong face-to-face and phone presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication / follow-up skills.
- Exudes confidence and ability to positively present our company with impressive, hard to find candidates.
- Tenacity to always ask for referrals with networking contacts.
- Ability to handle a flexible work schedule as necessitated by networking events.
- Bachelor's Degree required
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SALARY: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (DOE)
