FULL TIME EXPERIENCED RECRUITER

We are looking for Recruiters to attract candidates to interview and potentially hire great people. A successful recruiter will collaborate with the CEO on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, LinkedIn and other creative avenues for sourcing referrals. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best, while growing a strong talent pipeline. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Source and recruit candidates by identifying and using creative sources

· Screen candidates resumes and applications

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates

· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, desires, and aptitudes

· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

SKILLS

· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong decision-making skills

· Positive, upbeat and energetic personality

· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Minimum 3 years in a recruiting role requiring high level creativity and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems

· Positive can-do attitude
