Responsibilities: Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Professional in attitude and appearance Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Can spend a large amount of time driving Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $50,000 yearly
