We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, taking payments, answering calls, and resolving technical issues. Your top responsibility is to learn the system so you and the Agency owner can grow, expand, and provide more opportunities to customers and job seekers.

You will be paid to train for your California P&C and Life & Health Insurance Licenses. Must be 18 or over. No previous insurance experience required. College BA or BS preferred. HS Diploma or equivalent a must. Must have a strong desire to learn, serve, work hard and play hard. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Complete 90 day probationary requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Office, Word, and Excel Experience
• Bilingual Spanish Speaker preferred
• Property and Casualty CA Insurance License Preferred
• Life and Health Insurance License Preferred
