We're looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to join our growing team immediately! You will not be prospecting or making any cold calls. We have all of this done for you and all we need is another great sales rep to join our team and close business owners on our virtual assistants for hire.

Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell our services to both existing and prospective customers, using solid arguments based on their unique needs.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for a successful long-term relationship.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members across departments.
- Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
- Provide management with customer feedback and reports on competitive activities, potential for new products and services, and market trends.
- Commit to continuous improvement through feedback and staying abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ Sales experience
- Exceptional knowledge of Marketing and Virtual Assistants
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and a strong ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Effective relationship management skills and a willingness to receive feedback.
- Experience in a coaching or teaching role, with the ability to influence sales decisions.
Contract Details:
- Initial 90-day contract with the possibility of a transition to a W2 offer upon approval
- Full-time role with a starting annual salary of $60,000, plus commission
- Regular working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Training will be provided and paid for
- Reporting to: Sales Director
