We lock arms with you to grow a list of prospective clients, train & coach you, & market our insurance products. We teach you how to showcase our offerings to customers and help clients and families navigate their options. We’ll provide exceptional support, training, and resources to help you reach - and EXCEED - your sales goals. We have LEADS, warm leads available to start conversations that build your Book of Business! Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Connecting with people/rapport-building skills • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business • Help others do the same by sharing experiences • No cold calling but dedicated appointment setting • Expand income potential with annual reviews • Flexible schedule • Warm leads & referrals available • Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus • Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you) • Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options • Care about and Enjoy speaking with people • Love serving others (clients & team) • Willingness to participate in Team training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill • Passion for contributing to a successful & ever-improving team Compensation: $125,000 at plan
