Responsibilities: • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, existing coverage, and long-term goals • Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls (via Zoom) to improve & grow your business • Help others do the same by sharing experiences • No cold calling • Expand income potential with annual reviews • Flexible schedule, you set your own • Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Candidates with an active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (we help you) Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
